How it works

Move every job forward without rebuilding the paperwork.

The connected journey is the goal. The current pilot already anchors customers, jobs, and field records together; the remaining office modules will be released only as they are built and tested.

01 / Lead

Enter customer details and the job opportunity.

Now: Customer and job records, stage, and next action are available.

Planned: Lead scoring and automatic follow-up are planned.

02 / Estimate

Build the scope, costs, margin, and customer price.

Now: The job record can hold an estimate-stage label.

Planned: Estimating calculations, proposals, and options are planned.

03 / Approval

Confirm the customer decision before production.

Now: Field records can require a human approver and keep an audit event.

Planned: Proposal e-signature and automated approval chains are planned.

04 / Job setup

Carry the approved work into a job.

Now: Create a job, link the customer, and set a next action.

Planned: Automatic estimate-to-job conversion is planned.

05 / Production

Capture what happens in the field.

Now: Crew link, typed or spoken updates, attachments, and job-linked records are available.

Planned: Crew dispatch, budgets, and work-order automation are planned.

06 / Invoice

Turn approved work into a bill.

Now: Export a CSV handoff for review in an accounting system.

Planned: In-app invoice creation and payment collection are planned.

07 / Closeout

Leave a complete job history.

Now: Job stage, source records, approvals, and proof packs remain available.

Planned: Automated warranty and closeout packages are planned.

Human approval is intentional.

Approval of consequential records is not bypassed by automation. For the pilot, any email, export, proof pack, or assisted route is scoped with the customer before payment.
