Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this website. Separate written terms provided before activation control any founding-pilot or Permit Command engagement.

Website and availability

Content is general information and may change. Available, founding pilot, assisted setup, and roadmap labels describe different availability stages. An application does not guarantee acceptance or service.

Founding pilot billing

The $79 founding pilot is billed monthly through Stripe after fit confirmation. There is no separate setup fee. Cancel future renewal before the next billing date by emailing hello@thecommandsuite.com. Completed billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law or if The Command Suite determines it cannot deliver the agreed pilot scope.

Scope, activation, and support

One scoped workflow includes an agreed intake channel, required-field map, human approval path, and practical destination route, subject to access and feasibility. Activation is generally targeted within 3–7 business days after required details are complete. Support is provided through the business email above.

Text messaging

By initiating a text conversation or providing express consent, you agree to receive conversational messages related to requested workflows, account activity, or support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Permit Command and third-party systems

Permit Command is administrative coordination within an agreed scope. Government timelines and approvals are not guaranteed. References to third-party products describe compatibility routes only and do not imply partnership, certification, endorsement, or uninterrupted access.

Customer responsibilities and ownership

You must provide accurate, authorized information, maintain appropriate access, review drafts, and approve consequential actions. Customers retain rights in submitted business content. The website and product materials belong to The Command Suite or their licensors.

Service limitations

The pilot is provided within its agreed scope and is not represented as error-free, uninterrupted, or a replacement for professional, accounting, legal, engineering, or licensing advice.
